Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire one year after the purchase date that such points were rewarded.
How do I sign up?
All VSD Customers are automatically enrolled in our new Reward Program, both existing and new applicants.
How do I get points?
Points are accrued only after “Online Shipping” or “Online Will-call” Orders (will-call; placing an order online or via Phone for speedy in-person pickup). While checking out, you can not only see how much “Reward Points” you have available but also how many you will accrue after the transaction finalizes.
What is the conversion rate for points?
You earn points by purchasing products from our Online Store. For every dollar you spend (excluding taxes and fees), you earn 1 point. Every 100 points you earn can be redeemed for $1 off of your purchase. There is no cap to the amount of points you can have.
Can I use all of my points to pay for a purchase?
No, points can only be redeemed as 90% of the full transaction payment; at least 10% of transaction total must be paid by customer.
How do I view my reward point balance?
Your Reward Point balance is shown on the “My Account” page right above your “Billing information” and “Recent Orders”.
VSD reserves the right to adjust the Points Rewards Program, including any rules or conditions. VSD reserves the right to adjust an individual’s points. Points expire a year after the purchase date such points were rewarded. All points in returned or cancelled orders will be void. Points can only be redeemed as 90% of full transaction payment; at least 10% of transaction total must be paid by user. Points cannot be exchanged for cash. The conversion rate for the Points Rewards Program is subject to change.
